- Phase 1 Site Assessments
— environmental site assessments and due diligence investigations at commercial,
industrial, and natural resource properties, including multi-facility mergers and
acquisitions across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
- Environmental Compliance Audits
— as part of due diligence investigations or periodic audits of operating facilities,
we evaluate facility compliance with solid and hazardous waste (RCRA), Clean Water Act,
Clean Air Act, TSCA, UST, and other regulations.
- Hazard Ranking System (HRS) Evaluation
— confidential evaluations of potential HRS scores for natural resource and
industrial sites, by former EPA Superfund staff using EPA software, with recommendations
for reducing potential for NPL listing.
- Underground Storage Tanks (USTs)
— site characterization, corrective action plans, monitored natural attenuation
(MNA), LUST fund reimbursement.
- Historic Mine Sites
— acid mine drainage evaluations and control, tailings and waste rock restoration
and capping, development of realistic lead and arsenic action levels.
- Brownfields Sites
— cost effective investigations and remediation plans for Brownfields Developments,
Voluntary Cleanup Applications, evaluation of potential government funding and tax
incentives.
